Google to improve search experience with new feature that gives single result to certain queries
San Francisco: Google is offering a new feature in the
search app on the mobile web, Android and iOS, which will not show multiple
links to a query if its fast search can be answered with the direct result of
the search.
Search Engine Land said on Sunday, "For the queries
where we have a great confidence that whether a user is asking for calculation,
unit conversion or local time, we also have a single result for improving the
load time on mobile Show."
Google ended the trial of this experimental feature in March
and is continuing with the facility of better accuracy of the answers, ensuring
that the ads are not displayed.
"Since our initial use in February, we have worked to
remove ads and improve the triggering quality for this experience so that we
can ensure that we are serving the users they are looking for, And we'll still
provide the option to tap to see more results, "Google said, according to
the report.
“Results on the desktop will still produce built-in tools
after the 10-blue link,” 9To5Google has been reported.
